We offer a full refund, less shipping expenses, within the first 7 days of receiving your product, on all brand new, unused condition products. All original packaging and accessories must accompany your return alongwith the original copy of your purchase invoice. Exchanges or store credit will be given for defective or damaged unused products, within 7 days of receiving your items.

IGNITE is #1 in customer service but we maintain reasonable standards for returned items,as dictated to us by the manufacturers.

Any products with a manufacturer’s warranty will be dealt directly by the manufacturer. It is imperative that the customer return any USED products directly to the manufacturer where warranty cards are provided. This will assist the manufacturer in determining what went wrong with their product and improve future models.

Due to Ontario’s strict policies regarding the sale of Vaporizers and electronic products, we highly recommend reaching out to us or doing research before making a purchase. We do not return used vaporizers unless they are damaged or defective as per our above policy.

Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping charges for returned items and mailing of return shipments is at the purchasers expense. We are not responsible for lost packages upon return, and we highly suggest sending your package with insurance and a signature required so that your package is trackable.
